I heard of garlic cloves believe it or not! but you have to take a chlorifil pill “im not sure of spelling” for odor.

Read this link, it’s farther down the page (yes it looks like it’s an advertisement page but it mentioned herbs to help lower blood pressure)

I heard spicy hot chili helps, believe it or not.

Not an herb, but food molecules that are missing in the modern diet allow the body to restore to it’s natural function. Proper blood pressure, cholesterol, etc…

    Systemic Enzymes
This one talks about how blood pressure is nothing more than the cells inability to replace themselves efficiently and this blockage in the kidney arteries causes high blood pressure. once the cells restore themselves and replace themselves properly, once again… blood pressure is restored.
    Glyconturients
This audio talks about newly discovered carbohydrates that are the precursors to enzymes. These increase enzymatic activity to create proper cellular communication so that the body can correct and balance itself.

The beauty is that these are not herbs, they are all foods, and all work with no toxicity nor drug interactions. message me if you want to find out where I get them.

Hi littleByl I started taking high blood pressure medicine about 3 years 4 years ago, however I learned that there were other ways to deal with HBO..I began taking garlic tabs and eating celery sticks for breakfast for the past 3 months and the results are quite remarkably.I also cut back on cabs as they know they are bad for you..If you can do it naturally its a lot better for you,Good luck!!!!!!!

If you have been diagnosed as hypertensive recently. it is not necessary to start medication right now.Initially you will have to follow diet restrictions.Cut down your salt and fat consumption, Drink lot of water , have sound sleep, dont get angery fast,If you smoke, try to quit the habit. If your B.P is still high then you should go for medication.Rawolfia serpetiana, in crude form is very much beneficient in lowering blood pressure.Apart from it you can use a decoction of curry leaves every morning about a cup.It willcut down your cholesterol level and also lowers your B.P.
