Tell her to take an aspirin, it will help, no coffee, alcohol or any stimulants, go to a doctor and they should send her for a stress test and if any irregularities show up they will do an angiogram, be careful, now I said an aspirin not dispirin or anything else,aspirin helps to thin the blood and lowers the risk of a heart attack.
