    obesity because when you have obesity you eat a lot and usually those foods have a lot of sodium and sugar and other fats

    I would have to say “A”. In addition, I think stress does it. Children stress way too much over vanity (Johnny has more expensive shoes than me). Their grades suffer, so that brings on more stress. It is a cycle.
