having alot of salt in your diet, high cholesterol, things like that. it could be genetic also.
cut back on salty, fatty foods and exercise alittle more than u do now. that should bring it down.
Stress is a major reason for high blood pressure. There are so many reasons for high blood pressure, it could be your diet, weight, do you smoke. Try loosing a little weight and see if it helps you at all. My Dr. also said my weight probably had nothing to do with my problem, but I lost 45lbs and went back and my pressure was total normal so don’t exclude being overweight out even if your Dr.said that.
mental and emotional stress, various nutritional deficiencies, candida.(remedies)raw extra virgin coconut oil, flax and flax seed oil,calcium and magnesium supplementation,natural vitamin E,omega-3s, the sun… yes sun, 8 glasses of pure water a day, heavy metal cleanse ,candia cleanse and parasite cleanse. a natural care doctor will administer these treatment and you can get supplement at a health food store. just start with the ones that are easiest, don’t get overwhelm. good luck. oh, and for nutrition, get a health juice like in mangosteen or noni.check the internet.
not all over weight people have high bp and not all skinny people do not
it can be so many thing, genetics, kidneys not proessing sodium well, too much salty foods, not enough exersize, stress. I wish I knew why mine is high but I havent a clue. I am 5 3 and I have had it for years, refuse medication, now Im wondering if I am a heart attack waiting to happen because I have lowered it by the dash diet..still I dont know if damage has been done
