Hypovolemic shock from internal bleeding.  Yes, it&#039;s very, very serious and most patients who start to feel it&#039;s symptoms report feeling like something is very wrong, just as you have.  The dizzyness and faintness when you stood up were from your blood pressure rapidly dropping due to decreased blood circulation.  The pain was from the internal bleeding.  You were extremely lucky to get to the ER when you did.</description>
