Chest pain can be due to secondary CCF developed due to RBBB. This must have definitely caused Arrythmias secondary to COPD. (LVF)

I think Early detection, during intrauterine life must be carried out by the Paedatric Cardiologist. Echo Cardio Sonography  Must be encouraged.

Yes there are high possibilities, if a string  cardiac history is present.
