4 fast ways to lower high blood pressure!!!
———————-
1. Extract the juice of about 3-4 stalks of celery. Drink the juice within 20 minutes.
2. Eat about 20 cherry tomatoes (small tomatoes).
Please note :— those with low blood pressure, please do not eat this!!
3. Boil 2 green apples in some water until they are soft. Drink the ‘’soup” only.
4. Extract the juice of 2 green apples and drink it within 20 minutes.
Please do not use all 4 ways at one go, Bear!!! You might faint.
I hope these would be of help to you as they are to me :~)

[edit] My doctor expresses surprise at how I have been able to maintain excellent readings (110/70 or similar) every time I visit…. :~)
OH YES!! Reduce alcohol consumption too!! >>>–?qid=20070919111712AAX0zhT
I have high blood pressure myself. Probably due to work related stress and my love for rich food.
The best way to combat high blood pressure is to eat proper diet, exercise and proper sleep. I used to drink several medication for high blood pressure but due to proper diet and a bit of exercise like walking, and some none-strenous exercise, I went off my medication. I also lost weight in the process. My blood pressure is normal most of the time regardless of the pressure of working. I also make sure I sleep for 8 hours a day and drink a lot of water.
In 6 days it is tough, unless you lose most of the fat you have regardless of what body fat percentage you have.
To lower it just for those few secs the doc is reading the machine, just hold your breath – if the doc notice then breath lightly through nostrils not the mouth. Just look ahead calmly and think of something soothing that pleases you – like the sunset in Koh Samui for example. Do not get nervous, if u do the adrenaline comes out and BP shoots up quickly though effect is temporary.
Try to go to bed at 10, eat right eg. fruits and vegetables. Ulam is good for your pressure too. 20mins of yoga everyday without fail and meditate to control your stress level. DO NOT SKIP your prescribed medicines AT ALL! And yeah, drink lots of water. Hope your pressure will go down ASAP!
I think by following winterlotus’ suggestion sounds ok and appropriate. Japanese think eating burdork root help in reducing blood pressure. You can find it in Supermarket like Jusco.
My blood pressure is 128/85. Not very far away from you.
How to lower the blood pressure with out taking medication is a main part.
You can try this, but you have to be consistence. Try 1 month first. Breakfast and dinner take juice. You can make your own juice from the following choices.
1. Pineapple
2. Apple
3. Cucumber
4. Tomato
5. Caret

What you are planning to do sounds all right, but just to be 100% sure, have a word with your doctor as well.
