Sorry but no!   I think there are some anatomy / physiology lessons you missed!   Fluid does not  &quot;&quot;flush the salt out of your system before it is absorbed by your stomach and into your bloodstream&quot;.   The kidneys remove substances FROM your bloodstream.  

High sodium causes your heart to have to work harder  (more blood volume has to be pumped because you retain more fluid).    And more blood volume means your kidneys also have to work harder to get rid of the excess fluid.</description>
