Your blood pressure could be genetic.
Try eating (raw if you want)garlic and ginger. They reduce blood pressure.
I'm not sure if thats allowed in a fruitatarian diet or how strict you are...but they'll do you good.

Paul Royston

Your hypertension may not be caused by diet. Maybe you need to see a doc and have your medication adjusted.

And if you haven't been supplementing your diet with vitamin B12, as a vegan or fruitarian you need to do that. Low B12 can lead to elevated homocysteine in your blood. Go read about that somewhere. .

Judkins

You really need to discuss this with your doctor, but your blood pressure problems are probably genetic, so diet will not completely correct the problem.

Jeff Sifuentes

You need some good fats. Try getting some good fats in your diet.

Try eating a lot more Litchis, Bananas, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, Guavas, and Strawberries.

You need to exercise also. Try doing some cardio like bike riding, swiming, jump roping, walking, etc.

Reducing stress helps greatly too. Try meditating, relaxing on a beach, going to the spa, taking nice long baths, etc..

Christine Laughlin

Blood pressure does not stay the same the whole day. Your BP can go up if you have physical exertions. It can also go up or down with emotional highs and lows. Anxiety increases BP.
Diet will definitely help maintain a low blood pressure but exercise will also help maintain a normal BP.
You can look it up on the internet.

Gerald Gerard

There are other reasons for high blood pressure, for example, stress...if you have a lot of stress or anxiety in your life your blood pressure will remain high. Also you could try researching other possible disorders that relate to high blood pressure. Having a physical done might be a good idea. Good luck!

Justin Higgins

Fruit sugar is good for you. Have you been on fruit for long? Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks. Make sure you drink enough water. I've seen many high blood pressure people reduce their readings by going raw, keep it up a little longer.
