i am 37, type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure. current wt. 245. would really like to lose wt. out of shape

    You need to get a work out buddy and start eating healthier. Cut back on all the fats and sugars.

    What about counting calories?

    I also live on the East Coast and some days are better than others for walking outside. When it’s really too hot, how about doing a routine to a TV show or DVD?

    High fiber diet is good for weight loss,dry beans ,blackeyed peas any kind of bean that is in dark juice is a good sorce of fiber,oatmeal for breakfast and greens use vinegar on your greens its very good for sugar and blood pressure. turkey,fish and chicken,baked not fried.
