Go to the doctor and get checked out. Heart problems do run in families, my mother died of one at 50, I have had one, and my daughter has a heart murmur.
You are only fifteen, so you are not at risk right now as long as you stay active and keep watching what you eat. You should go to your doctor and tell them about your families heart history. He may have some suggestions for you to get your blood pressure down.
Your blood pressure really is not that high, but that does not mean you shouldn’t pay attention to it so that it doesn’t go higher. Your diastolic number is fairly good, but systolic is above average.
Both of my parents have bad heart problems on their side of the family. My dad has two brothers that died of heart attacks and he and his other two brothers have all had open heart surgery. His mother also died of a heart attack. My mother’s father died of a heart attack as well and my mother suffers from high blood pressure. That puts me at a high risk. I make sure I keep track of my blood pressure, watch what I eat, and exercise regularly. My doctor is also aware of my situation and monitors me regularly to make sure that I do not miss anything. While there is nothing I can about the heredity of heart disease and high blood pressure, there are things that I can do to not let it affect me as bad.
whether it is 135/65 or 140/70, these readings are not properly taken because your pulse pressure is too high. these readings denote that you have 60% chances of having a problematic heart.
although you are still young, whether these readings are measured incorrectly or your heart is running into some problems, you should really see a doctor.

You need to see a doctor, there are many reasons why this could be happening.
