You are advised not to….. but I have high blood pressure and use it and it doesn’t raise mine. I use salt in moderation. The best thing doctors tell you to do is lose weight to bring down your blood pressure. I lost 20 pounds and it made my bottom # drop 80 points!!!! (And if you can’t breathe through your nose you are going to raise your BP anyway.) Hope this helps! Good luck!

Salt will increase your blood pressure, yes. Honestly, high blood pressure is dangerous pleased go to a real westen medicen doctor and get some medication to help bring down that high blood pressure. This can be deadly please get some real medication. Regardless, this is the only proven way to bring down high blood presssure. Blood pressure medication along with removing a lot of the salt from your diet will lower your bood pressure

    Oh, weight loss helps too

I don’t think the others quite understood your question. I don’t believe you could absorb enough salt during nasal irrigation to really have a negative effect on your blood pressure. I’ve never had a problem and I have high BP. Afrin is also okay to use with moderation, use the drops but not the pills. Here’s a link below to a study on nose drops and high BP.
